June 11, 2007 Aspire Financial has changed its name to Aspire Investments to more closely reflect the focus of our company: sound investment advice to our clients for their 1031 Exchanges. Oct. 23, 2006 Pacific West Securities, a Washington-based broker-dealer, has been honored with the first-ever ACE Award for its commitment and involvement towards excellence, high standards and ethics in the tenant-in-common industry. Aspire Investments registered representatives are affiliated with Pacific West Securities. The Tenant-in-Common Association, a national trade organization, presented the ACE (A Champion of Excellence) award to Pacific West Vice President, Shanon Ford at its third annual TICA Conference, Oct. 17 in Las Vegas. Pacific West won in the Broker-Dealer category.

Investments in TICs (also known as CORE – Co-ownership in Real Estate) offer the individual investor access to institutional grade properties, the potential to increase income while diversifying the investment, and the opportunity to allow a professional property management company to take care of the day to day concerns of maintaining the property. Aspire Investments also assists our clients with other non-correlated assets, such as non-traded REITs, Oil and Gas working interests and royalties, debentures, and other funds and opportunities.
